Hoy os puedo presentar mis primeros cupcakes con buttercream decentes. Vamos con la receta.
Today I show you my first decent cupcakes with buttercream. Let's go to the recipe.
3 huevos
100ml aceite de oliva180ml de puré de calabaza
Ingredients (for 12 cupcakes):
200gr of flour
1'5 teaspoons of yeast
200gr of sugar
2 teaspoons of cinnamon powder
1/4 of teaspoon of ginger powder
1/4 of teaspoon of clove powder
3 eggs
100ml of olive oil
180ml of pumpkin puree

We join blends of two bowls and stir it until it becomes an homogeneus mass.

We mix all ingredients except sugar with the beater. We will gradually adding sugar and mix it until all ingredients are good incorporated.
To dye the buttercream of orange color, I used liquid colorant but you can use another type of colorants and other colors.

When cupcakes are cool, we decorate it with the buttercream, with help of an icing bag.
I also decore it with sugar hearts and with little chocolate men.

¿Tienen buena pinta, no? :)
I personally don't love pumkin but I have to say that in cupcakes Its savour almost isn't appreciated and they are yummy.
Don't tell me that they don't look good :)
